Arcon Batumi Residence, a 25-storey multifunctional project will be finantially supported and fully funded by the base bank. An agreement has already been signed between the company and the bank. Within the framework of the partnership, beyond the project funding, the Bank will extend special conditions for mortgage loans to the project"s future owners.
Arcon Batumi Residence is the first project of Arcon Development in Batumi. The construction will include 336 residential apartments, a shopping center, a hotel, a restaurant and bars, and 130 parking lots. Construction is to be completed in 2024.
