The cooperation between the company ARCON and EBRD within the framework of the SME financing and development program was successfully completed, as proof of which ARCON was awarded a certificate of completion of the project from European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. The program included providing consulting services in strategic marketing and branding, as well as sales digitalisation. The consulting side was carried out by the strategic marketing and real estate service company "Area Group" as EBRD Small and Medium Enterprises Financing and Development Program’s official consultant.
Within the framework of the project a brand strategy has been developed for umbrella brand “ARCON”, as well as for the development direction - Arcon Development -a digital marketing strategy and an interactive website www.arcondevelopment.ge. The last, simplifies the apartment selection process for the customer, on the other hand, the communication process with the buyers and a detailed analysis of their needs.
